Voice remains one of the highest-intent customer channels and historically the hardest to automate well. Traditional IVRs feel clunky, basic voice bots sound robotic, and customers now expect 24/7 natural conversations that route, qualify, and resolve calls without humans behind every line. The voice automation problem has been technically difficult to solve at production quality.
